310 is actually the old Doctor's Clinic along Sucat rd. (Dr. A. Santos Ave). It's on the Left side coming from Sucat Exit. Nearest landmark is the "2nd" BF Homes entrance gate in Lopez Ave. and Mercury Drug (Liana's Supermart), 310 building is next after that.
