A traitor is someone who betrays an oath they have taken, or someone who commits treason against their home country.

By "NWO proponent", do you mean people who think there is an NWO manipulating and controlling the government? In which case, unless they swore allegiance to the NWO, they could not be traitors. In fact, trying to stop an NWO from controlling their government would be patriotic, not treasonous.

Or do you mean someone who thinks the NWO should control the government? In which case they would only be a traitor if they had voluntarily sworn an oath of allegiance to the govt, which includes military officers, elected or appointed officers, and those who have become citizens as adults.

Either way, it's hard for most people to prove whether or not an NWO does exist, one way or the other. So the question of whether they are misguided is unresolved until that is known.

This country needs a NWO. Something has to change. Things could be a lot worse that they are right now but seriously; The government doesn't govern the country, it completely controls it. So my answer: No because a "NWO," if in the good of this country, would be patriotic and no where close to being traitors. Our government, with Bush sitting on top of it like a cherry are the traitors.
