I like One Grain of Rice by Demi. It is a mathematical folktale about a smart girl who convinces a stingy raja to share his stores of rice during a lean year. The illustrations are gorgeous.

Check and see what is available at your local library. They should also be able to tell which library in your area has a collection of Indian works. If there isn't one close by, they can inter-library loan books from another library, usually at no cost to you.

Since your kids are younger, ask at the library to use the reference book A to Zoo: A Subject Guide to Picture Books. It will give you titles of picture books based on their subject. You can then get them from the library or Amazon.

Does everybody fairly favor their youthful ones to strengthen as a lot as be a clown? as well, Indians don't have small battles with Europeans anymore. perchance father and mom could start up being a touch more advantageous open with their youthful ones and start up preparation them some genuine historic past.
