You will not finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later. Anything is possible. YOUR genetics determine YOUR height - nothing else. You cannot re-program genetics. You cannot MAKE yourself grow taller. If & when your genetics decide to kick in - growth can occur - & NOT before. You will not finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later. More growth could be headed your way - NOBODY KNOWS FOR SURE. You must have patience - & wait to see what all develops.

If you suffer pain similar to that of "growing pains" as an adult, you most likely have a vitamin deficiency...usually potassium. You can use potassium supplements or eat more foods high in potassium...such as bananas

My sister had excruciating pains in her legs in her 20s. Sometimes limited air supply can cause body pain. My sister also had asthma so the air supply caused her leg pain. Yes it is possible, but see your PCP and make sure that there is nothing else triggering this pain.

yes it may be possible but do one thing ask other adult about that if u have more pain than than your counterparts u must consult a docdor as soon as possible
