Thrift stores, rummage sales, and other forms of second hand. Cheap or free, and ecologically, enviromentally (those two adjectives could be redundant), and socially friendly. It's been years since I've paid more than $5 for clothing and I get compliments on what I wear.

I recently found Catherine's, a shop in the next town over from me that has some really nice clothes. I love flowing tunic tops and they have them made with beautiful material in vibrant colors. I happened on the shop by accident and am glad I did.
