Changing any habit is tough. I have a few new years resolutions that I have been trying to stay on top of but its not easy.

actually change is the only permanent thing in this world..people needed to change but for reasons, for better not for worst..as long as you are enjoying your current life you dont have to change, for me changes only needed when you dont like the way who you are right now...actually if we explore things or let say new things are coming into our lives then no matter we like it or not this things may lead us to change..wether our lifestyle our personality or whatever it is..-but for me i still wanted to change because changing is like learning and growing! if i stay the same way i bet i would be forever the way who i am until the end which is really unexciting...if you want to change first thing you do is you shoudn't be afraid of change because it will help you to be the person you mostly like to be..but never change the good one for the bad one.
