If you do make sure water is warm and soap all you are doing is giving yourself an enema do not force water in fast just let it drain in. But beware be close to a toilet as you will need it fast.

Puttling water up your butt will give you a very strong urge to evacuate your bowels, very fast-- always do it in the bathroom!
Normal practice for a lot of people, usually called an enema.
It would be easier if you would just go to the drug store and buy an enema. Designed to be stuck up your butt, cost about a $1 or so. And the tip is made to penetrate and let you manually force the sterile water into the colon--using a hose with any pressure could cause injury. Many people will give themselves an enema on a regular basis just to cleanse the colon. Don't think it is something needed, but it is not generally harmful unless you do it daily. Certainly will help with constipation, though drinking a lot of water willl do that also. Avoid laxatives if you can.

well stars and celebrities do something similar to that, I forget what its called but if you do, do not force the water up, it should just flow and drain, also try laxatives, but if the hose is used, do it somewhere near a toilet or bucket or something to catch everything in... and the water should be warm...
