I KNOW you can't survive in space w/o a spacesuit and let's just put aside that fact and answer the question like we CAN live in space.
If you were to fart in space, would it propel you with great force or little force? at a constant speed or otherwise? would your butt explode? if you ignited the fart what would happen? could you use it as fuel for jet suit? could you blow up Jupiter if you lit a match there or even better, Uranus!! :-) any/ all possible answers related to this, please. Please don't be mean and ridicule me or I will report you as spam. I want to know because I'm in middle school.

An entertaining question it is ;-)

If you were in to expel a fart you would not go too far since the momentum is relatively low due to low mass and velocity of a fart.

Momentum (p) is product of mass (m) of that object and the velocity (v).

p=m v
The momentum of the gas is transferred to the momentum of your body.
p(your body) = p(expelled gas)
m1v1=m2v2
Let
m2= 10g
v2 =1m/s (fast fart ;-))
m1= 40kg (is that you weight about 88lb)
v1=m2 v2/m1=
v1=0.01 x 1 / 40
so you would gain that speed if it could maintain the expulsion for about a sec you would gain that much speed every second
v1=0.00025 m/s
or v1= .25mm/s

The rest of your question is dealing with lighting up methane. Methane needs oxygen to burn.... right?
So your butt is safe, not to mention the other planets.

Some facts
Uranus' atmosphere is about 83% hydrogen, 15% helium and 2% methane.
Jupiter is about 90% hydrogen and 10% helium (by numbers of atoms, 75/25% by mass) with traces of methane
not much methane on either of the planters.
But we have plenty of hydrogen and no oxygen. Sorry no oxygen no kaboom!
By the way Uranus is pronounced
'You-r-a-nus'
not
'Your-anus ' ;-)

Does that put your mind to rest?

no one will hear it, so no one will pay any interest-- whether you produce yet another "gasoline sizeable". No thank you to set fire to it, the two, by way of fact there is not any oxygen in outer area. you will lose all the way around, different than-- oh, definite!-- you, and all human beings else in the area, could scent it. this is the disadvantage of donning an area experience: no thank you to open a window to enable loose a fart. you purely could sniff all of it up.

with little gravity and very little atmosphere there is not much resistant to the old adage - for every action there is an equal but opposite reaction. You would be propelled forwarded
