do you prefer the ps3 or the wii?

For right now, the Wii. It's far less expensive. Since I own an Xbox 360, the real break point for me is the exclusives.

Based on the overall average review scores from Gamerankings.com, there are 5 Wii exclusive games with scores of 75% or higher, and 5 PS3 exclusive games with scores of 75% or higher. Of those, 4 Wii exclusives interest me, while only 1 PS3 exclusive interests me, and the Formula 1 game barely makes the list with a review rating of 77%. The highest rated exclusives simply do not interest me for the PS3.

Until the PS3 gets more games that interest me, the Wii is a much better buy for me.

i dont go a day without someone saying this THERE IS NO FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE! they will only make one when a playstation console is released that you cannot play the original on, that video is simply a tech demo, and if u want proof just look at the character model, its a direvt port from advent children, so theres no real work going on there at all, also ps3 isnt compatable with ps2 games in Europe as they have removed the emotion chip...for reasons best kept to themselves (definatly just to keep ps2 sales high, ps2 is still outselling wii and ps3 and x360)

also commenting that they play ps2 and ps1 games is a bit of a stupid point as the wii plays gamecube games and you can download any NES/SNES/N64/Mega Drive/Turgbograix console game so its losing in that factor

lastly although ive always bought sony products i dont think that the ps3 is a good console and i dont think it will be succesful, mainly due to the price and arrogance of sony atm, the only way that you would ever need a ps3 is if u have a £1000+ tv, otherwise you will NEVER notice the difrance over a 360 (and turst me, id never sing a 360's praises) and if i had £1600 id just buy a new pc which would be more powerful, making a console with better graphics isnt hard, both microsoft and nintendo could have done it easily but cost must be remembered, and i dont know how many of u have that kind of money to waste, ive got a good job and i definatly dont!

also...wiimotes rule! wii sports alone is one of the most fun games ever and im still playing it 6 months on

Ps3 ..coz the graphics is greater and
u can play a lot of old ps one and two games in it
Wii---for fun games as MArio,Zelda,Pokemon
but Ps3 is Better

PS3 (cuz for one, it has the new remake of FFVII)

it has great grahics and game play. i mostly think it's better cuz i know the PS3 contorler...

but on yahoo it was talking about a problum with the new Wii contorler and bad grahics
