Motivation is the drive that gets a person or many other beings the incentive to accomplish a task. For example, hunger can motivate one to eat. have a nice day.

types: fear, pain sickness, guilt etc = Avoidance motivations
pleasure, intrinsic rewards, desired goal/achievements,
persuasion, wants, love, etc. = Attraction motivators

Example: Let's go out & eat (persuasion) (hunger/need) (social/need) (work break/stress relief, pleasure) "Okay, let's go".
