When one of the potential buyers likes the house more than the other, do you think that men will go with the wifes choice if the wife really wants the house, or do you think men care as much as women do about what house they live in?

Should be both but what they look for in the property is often different. Women like, safe neighbourhood, good schools and nice Kitchens. Men are more nuts and bolts. Big Space, decks, heated garage.

I think it should be a mutual decision. both of you will be living in the house, paying for it, taking care of it, so why should one or the other make the decision? find a house that you BOTH love.
