EDIT: Money isnt much of a concern for me, my counselor suggested that learning from the book wont help much with my stress. Learning AND teaching ones self with problems doesnt sound to smart. Thats when she wanted to see if I could find someone that teached what I wanted.

If you have $20, you can go to any Barnes&Noble or Borders and go to their art section and they'll have several books on drawing manga from basic to advanced. They're very helpful for beginners.

Gee, I am sorry that this it such a difficult time for you. Sounds like you might not have much cash to spend on lessons or the like.

Try your local public library. The may not have the latest editions, the old tried and true methods will always work. Try browsing in the Art History books. Seeing how others have done it will give you lots of ideas. Copy drawings done by the masters, and sketch what you see around you. The more you put pencil or pen to the paper, the better you will be drawing. Eventually you will develop your own style.

Wishing you success!
