I'm looking for a site that maybe list all the anime theme songs to date and the shows they come from.

if you have bittorrent, you can download for #nipponsei and #aznmp3. you should be able to find the torrents in the tracker page. Use search engine and type the keywords.
If not you can try using mirc, but I think you may need to add additional channel to your list. (irc.rizon.net). you join the channel #nipponsei and there you go. Find the bots and download from them. #aznmp3 provide lots of Jap anime songs too but the only way to download them is through bittorent
