None of the ones you mentioned. The one person was right about Outback (it's on their Sydney Sinful Sundae) but that tastes good because it's over the toasted coconut.

Where I live there isn't any other place that has decent hot fudge--it all seems to come from a can or is melted with what I swear must be parafin. I prefer to make my own with just a touch of peppermint added if I'm serving it over vanilla ice cream.

Shoneys used to. When i was younger, much younger, they would mix strong coffee in their fudge and it was awesome. now they dont, too bad. a little coffee or cinnamon changes the taste to a much richer flavor.

try the choc fudge they put on the desserts at the Outback steakhouse. i could live off that stuff.
