See if you can take a public speaking course, or join a toasmasters club......practice makes perfect. What helps me...is pumping my self up...I pretend I'm more important then what I really feel on the inside. I know it sounds fake..but its gets me thru a lot of tough situations. Sometimes not saying to much, but saying it just at the right time to make an impact is the best.

It sounds like a form of social anxiety--or perhaps a fear of crowds and of authority figures. You can check it out with your doctor, and get a diagnosis. The doctor can see if therapy and/or medication is indicated in your case.

Be better :)

Keep things in perspective, breathe deeply, and tell yourself that it's cool.
For me, one of the most important things to do is to SLOW DOWN. I stumble over my words less, I don't feel nervous and it allows me time to process everything.

No one has the power to make us feel inferior-- we make ourselves feel inferior due to our own inadequacies.

You could have a couple of drinks before you speak and you will not feel nervous.

I'm an actor, and to prevent stage fright, I like to imagine the audience naked; then they're not scarey at all .
