When I was very young, my three older sisters got a kick out of dressing me like a girl. Of course, I was too young to object. Or felt I had no reason to...who knows. But your curiosity is probably very common with many men. Perhaps you are a rare one to be confident enough with your sexuality, that allows you to openly ask the question. Nothing wrong with being curious. That's how we learn right? Then we know what does and does not work for us. My assumption is that many women would have no problem enduldging your curiosity. Many regard it as "fun". But stick to the younger female crowd for your inquiries. They are naturaly more open minded about these things. If all else fails........depending on you age........Any lady at a 'brothel' in Nevada would be thrilled to fulfill this dilemna of yours. They are at your service. Even for something as simple as your request. I know. But please.....no spandex ! lol.

If your friend still doesn't want to help you out, and yet you still want to try it, then go for it. It is something that a LOT of guys want to try at least once in their life. Also, those that even enjoy it and do it occasionally to frequently are not necessarily gay.

If she says no, then it is all up to you. Like others said, go and talk to a fashion consultant. If you are uncomfortable, tell her it is for a play or something.

If you are still uncomfortable, try a thrift store like Goodwill or Salvation Army. They have lots of clothes for cheap, dressing rooms, and it is way less upscale.

Goodluck to you, and I hope your friend is still willing to help you out (:

I think you should just do this privately and not tell anybody since it would lead to rumor and gossip. But if you really want a girl to help you, go to the person who first suggested it plain and simple and if you are not uncomfortable with her anymore go to the next person who you think would lend you a helping hand.
