Unborn babies are actually a lot better protected in the uterus than many people give them credit for. Regular exercise, including yoga and hip-hop aerobics should be absolutely fine. If you think you really are pregnant, keep up the exercise, keep up drinking lots of water, and keep eating lots of veggies.
Things like sore breasts, and cramps/nausea can be signs of pregnancy for some women, but not always. Wait until about two weeks after ovulation, and then go get yourself a pregnancy test.
Good luck!

The causes of misscarriage are for the most part still a mystery for doctors. they have some ideas about things that might cause them and they do say that most miscarriages happen because there wasn't something right with the baby from the get go so its just mother natures natural selection process. You sound like that if you are pregnant that you are doing everything right. I had cramping the first three months with my daughter off and on but as for a sign of pregnancy the only true sign is that of a missed period. Good luck and by the way you sound you want to have a baby so i hope that the baby stork will be visiting you in your future.
