No mention of it in my text books. Make sure that there is enough fibre in your diet and that you are drinking plenty of water (not soda or caffeinated drinks).

Not that it wouldn't help but that alone won't help, becareful of white breads and lots of cheese, 2 lires of water a day, fruit and grainery for breakfast whether that be whole grain cereal or wholemeal or grain toast. Prune juice, peaches, steamed vegetables help a lot. Avoid caffiene and too much sugar like soda/ lollies too much red meat and fried foods don't help either. Important to have suggested breakfast, dont ever skip this meal, light lunch avoid white bread maybe go for a salad( salad can be suprisingly filling) followed by balanced dinner with atleast two green vegetables, And don't forget the water all day.

I just recently stopped taking my green tea pills---it elevates the hormone levels in your body and causes your vagina to secrete that white gooey slipprey stuff.

It can help, but you'd be better off with a colonic clense, easily gotten from a health food store!

I dont think so, why dont you either eat some prunes, my dad puts gelatine on his ceral every day and says it keep him regular. hope this helps
