You can't of course tell, but you can use an anti-keylogger to immediately detect it. I use SnoopFree Privacy Shield 1.0.7, which is free, small and probably the most perfect software I have come across.

Always keep it running in memory (it should show up in your System Tray), so that it will catch a keylogger the moment it is installed.

Open the task manager see whether there's processes like a key-logger program running. Install a good anti-spy software to scan. If the software have real-time protection it's even better to block it from running whenever it's trying to run.

Check in the taskmanager and if u feel that any new process is running. just close the process and also have to scan spyware tool.It will find and remove the key stroke program

usually there will be a little icon on the bottom right of the taskbar by the little clock. Or, you can press ctrl alt del and click processes. See if anything looks like it might be a keystroke program. You can also download a tiny program that will tell you what all your running processes are.

Try this little piece of security gold. (Note: this scans all objects that connect to the internet, associate themselves with internet explorer etc. be VERY careful while using it, because if you delete a good file it could mess up your system.)

spybot, spy sweeper, i dont' think avg is still free, my advise to you is buy and anti-virus, if your computer and data is worth it
