a friend is someone who will stand by you even if they dont agree with you just remeber no one is perfect and altimately you decide what it means to you

There are true friends and then there are acquaintances. A true friend will stick by you're side through thick n this (as the saying goes) An acquaintance will just stand aside when the going gets tough. Hard to know a true friend until you really need them. They will be there. An acquaintance will not. True friends are very rare acquaintances are everywhere. But you also need to be a true friend to someone also. Because if you can't be a true friend how can you expect them to be one to you.

a friend is someone who cares for you. not the ones you meet and say,"lets be friends" then that 'friend' suddenly accuse you or say bad things to you.
a friend helps someone. they share a lot of thongs and feelings you know. they are people who are honest, helpful, kind, encouraging, friendly, trustworthy and also a someone who shows love for another person. as in the caring-love, not the love-love.
a friend is always there to help us out. a forgivable person.

a friend is some one who can be relayed on in the good and the bad time, someone who you can share the joy and the pain with mutual trust and will never be embarrassed of whatever you do, and would never hurt you or betray you.

A friend is someone, who would be with you in your hour of need, when he could very well be doing something more interesting. Some one who would accept you with all your flaws. My best friend is a great example of "friend", she is with me when i am sulking about something very trivial and stupid in life. She is always there to give me pep talk, when she could be enjoying her life doing something fun at that very moment. I feel I'm lucky to have a friend like her:-)

someone who is there for you no matter if it is about a family problem, a crush, other friends. they are the people who sit with you and prank phone call people, give secret valentines, eat icecream and cookie dough till you get sick, pass notes during class.
