Is walk in better? or calling first? Obviously a friday night might be a little busy. I assume a monday mid day or wednesday morning situation would suit everyone much better?

Monday is a bad time, because they do banking and buying.
Call ahead on a Tuesday morning for an appointment interview, and have all your info with you. If you aren't a union bartender, you better sign on, as most places are union. Best wishes
