unfortunately fathers get away with it all my father only paid €50 Ireland for 3 kids and was moaning about that i was like €50 a week is nothing he made us so should pay for our upkeep. im only 21 now so not that long ago

I think any father should pay at least €110 per week then maybe €200 extra a month on other items like clothing and day trips out. being realistic that is, its his responsibility to ensure your kept well. I know how much it is to feed and cloth kids and young adults like yourself so my answer is €110 per week plus €200 a month for you

Considering he lives in the UK and you live in the US and it's impossible for a court of law in the US to make him pay you child support I would take what he gives, because legally he doesn't have to give you anything.
Honestly though why would you want his little money now? He should be paying you alot more for all the time lost. Ask for one large sum. Like maybe 50,000 if he's rich or ask him to pay up for lost time, maybe give you 500.00 a week until you are 18. But 50.00 a week is a joke!

You should consult a family solicitor on this, as it this seems an insulting amount given that he hasn't paid anything up till now. Get him through the courts, he owes you and your mother, and he can certainly afford to pay this.
