Yes he has been found. Opord Analytical solved some of Zodiac's riddles/ciphers/etc. They all point to one man who lives in Seattle, WA. His name is Gareth S. Penn and he last killed in 2010. He will be 75 years old in January. Unfortunately, even though it all points to Penn, it is not strong enough to get a conviction in court.

No. They are still out there, somewhere...every once in a while newspapers will recieve letters from them and the Zodiac will be confessing to some crime in the letters.

No he was never found, And he would probably be an old man today. So I doubt very much we will ever find out who he is !
