Of course you need a charger to recharge a dead battery. Where would you get power to reenergize drained battery? That would definitely come from a source and battery's source of power for charging is the charger. Mobile phone battery can not be charged by just fiddling with its keys.

Borrow a battery from a friend, if you were technically inclined, or knew someone who is, a different kind of battery could be connected to it for power. Make sure of the polarity of the phone's battery connections and experiment a little bit. There are alternative chargers for most cell phones, but I'm sure you'll have to order them as well. If there might be a radio station engineer at a nearby station, they might be able to help. Many phones are going to use similar batteries, ask around to see if there is someone else that has a phone that has a battery like yours.

You might have to go on ebay and buy another one. I've seen a few on ebay already but as far as I know you can't activate a dead battery with charging it first. Have you asked about a desktop charger for pervious models of the phone? When I looked this phone up, it seem to have a pervious model but without the camera on it,so that might also be able to charge the phone. I hope this helps you find what your looking for.

I hope that this helps you long enough to get the information you need from within your phone. Press the star sign then 3370 then the hash sign. It should give you 50% increase in your battery. But I think you will only be able to do it once until you have charged it properly again. I have never used it myself, but a friend of mine said she had and it worked..
So just out of curiosity could you let us know if it did work. The email address here is alwyncle@yahoo.com.au. Thanks and good luck.

it really is no longer actual. in case you likely said it on youtube its a load of bs. do not believe each thing you listen or see. there is not any way it ought to charge with out any electricity flowing to the phone.
