Get one of those pilates balls and use it. It's fun and it works great!

First, eat and drink what you normally do, don't omit any foods or fluids because you will just crave them later and go off your diet.
But the key to this is, that you eat 1/2 of what you normally eat. For instance, if you eat a whole sandwich, only eat half of one. A whole candy bar, only eat half.
You never omit anything. Whatever you want to eat, at whatever time, just eat half of it.
I promise you this works, because that is how I lost 20 lbs!
Try it. The reason it works, is because you still eat whatever you want.

I am presently on 2 different diets, I was on one, but I wasn't getting enough to eat. I may be going on a third here real soon.

Sorry, when it comes to dieting, there is never an easy way. You just have to really watch your intake. What I find very helpful is to go for walks. I have 3 dogs, and I walk a lot! It's good for the dogs AND me!

i don't think you need to be on a diet... but here they go: drink a lot of water, try to eat food that has fiber like lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, drink milk and walk... have breakfast like a queen, lunch like princess and dinner like a slave.

drink plenty of water and stay away from the carbs!!!
NOW.....I'll be right back I have to make me a bowl of cereal, a sandwich, and a burrito with lots of cheese and beans!!
