no i don't think it is. learn about yourself and the world while you are single. enjoy and experience life. travel and meet lots of wonderful people. make friends, take a course, colour your hair. there are so many wonderful things to experience about being single. when you feel lonely call a friend, go on the internet. it's amazing how easy it is to forget the negative things in a relationship and focus on the good times. remember that just because you are single does not mean that you are alone.

I would think that after being in a relationship for years that it would be an extremely difficult transition back to the single life, not one I hopefully will ever have to do!
