Okay, some are good, but it seems that the good singers are fewer each time around really.

I think they stink

I agree. And the few that are good, most are back-up singers already. The votes are coming in crazy too.
I am surprised how much the ones that made it have changed.
Who do you think will be the last one singing?? ... the idol
I have been interested in some of the singers that were on. It seemed like the jazz/blues guy was kicked off early.
If he comes to town, I would go to see him.
Like you say, there are some good.
I also liked Bo Bice and went to see him when he came to town.
It makes it easier to see a good concert if they don't make it, and they still are successful.
If anyone remembers Sam Harris from Star Search, we follow him. Always wore a tux and tennis shoes. Great singer. Went on to do plays (he took over for Donny Osmond when he was ill). Sam was the reason we went to see the musical - and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Everyone is looking for someone different.
I am disappointed in the voters...I don't think they are voting for the singing talent : (

I don't watch Idol anymore. I read an article in the newspaper that said the voters are voting mostly on "looks" instead of "talent" There is also a website urging people to do this. Simon is a bad one for not voting for someone because they are overweight or aren't very good looking.
Hey, it's about the "talent" Simon...your nothing to brag about.

except for Sanjaya and Haley, others are talented. these 2 need to go and i'm counting on that. who in their right minds would vote for someone like Sanjaya, who cant sing. he only whispers.
Sanjaya is the worst singer AI ever had.

That, and Next Top Model - the joke is worn thin, and they can't get good candidates anymore. If they had any brains, they'd call it quits after this run.
