and someone told you he/she will help but with conditions, would you accept it ? they won't say what the conditions are until I say yes I accept.

Depends on the situation, but if I couldn't turn anywhere else I would have to and then if their conditions were way out in the left feild then I would say ok, never mind and get help somewhere else.....
