Don't do anything you think you might regret later.
This is a quote by someone, I'm not quite sure who, but i love it.
Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.
This is the best advice I've ever gotten :)

If I were to run into myself at 11 yrs. old(that's how old I was ten yrs. ago.) I'd first say, "Don't be in such a rush to grow up." I'd also say, "Make sure you understand this math, because if you don't you're going to have a hard time understanding it later on." Then I'd probably tell myself, "If you want to go work as an artist for Disney, then by all means go for it, but you're going to need to know a lot about computers and math...which you hate. So just pick a career which makes you happy." I'd also add, "you're 11yrs. old, there's going to be plenty of time to have a boyfriend. You won't be wearing these glasses, have that hairstyle, the bad acne...etc. forever. Enjoy the guy repelant while it lasts. Also, in your first semester of college you're going to meet a woman named Amara. Take her advice, don't date her brother...dating her brother will just screw you up emotionally for a really long time." And since I'd be talking to the younger version of myself, I'd probably tell them to save the old drawings I used to do in some old notebooks.

Stay in school and get the best education you can so you can support the family you may some day have. Do not have meaningless sex as this should be shared with the person that you fall in love with and marry. Learn to budget your money and live within your means so you do not go heavily into debt. Invest a small portion into a savings account that you will later be able to invest into mutual funds. Plan for your retirement, as this is something no one thinks about happening to them. Do not drink excessively or do drugs as this can ruin your life.

If I could go back in time and tell my young self, listen and trust your mom she really does know what she is talking about, I would. Giving advice to younger people is hard though they don't want to listen and they think they know everything.

Your parents are smart! They do have an idea about what you are going through! You can't stay high your entire life! Education is very important! If your stomach hurts, you need to poop! Be good to your family because they are with you forever and you never know when you will need their help.

Think long and hard about the choices you make because for every action even if it is years later there is a reaction and consequence.

Don't ever try or do something that you will have to one day try to quit.
There is a drug for everyone and if you experiment , you will find the one that you can't control.

Enjoy what you have and dont worry so much about other people's abilities and valuables. And i would tell them to understand that their life is not just their own life. .
