I assume you don't want to attend school--that would be the most obvious answer.

All good writers read a lot, so if you wish to write stories or something, I suggest you go to your local library and crack some books.

There are a number of on-line sights for people who sih to lern English as a Second (or Foreign) Language. My favorite: about ESL.
