Honesty- the quality of being honest, is a value which can be defined in multiple ways. In the context of human communication, people are generally said to be honest when they tell the truth to the best of their knowledge and do not hide what they know or think. Apart from being truthful, honesty is also generally thought to involve abstaining from unfair behaviour, such as stealing or cheating on a test.
Sincerity-In the modern world, sincerity is the elusive virtue of speaking truly about one's feelings, thoughts, desires. Sincere expression carries risks to the speaker, since the ordinary screens used in everyday life are opened to the outside world. At the same time, we expect our friends, our lovers, our leaders "to be sincere."
the quality of being open and truthful; not deceitful or hypocritical
Loyalty-the quality of being loyal .Loyalty, one can surmise, began with fellow-feeling for one's family, gene-group and friends. Loyalty comes most naturally amongst small groups or tribes where the prospect of the whole casting out the individual seems like the ultimate, unthinkable rejection.
......all the best.

EXAMPLE #1:
Scene: you killed your husband because you were jelaous of him having other "affairs".
Honesty is when you own up killing your husband.
Sincerity is when you confess it because you feel true guilt in your heart.
Loyalty is when your friends accept that you had to do it and are truely sorry. They are loyal and stick with you through good and bad.
EXAMPLE #2:
Scene: You are out on a date, and the guy proposes you. But, you aren't really sure about him, and were checking out other guys at the place.
Honesty is when you confess that you aren't so sure about the relationship. This is honest because if you just said 'i love you', it might be lying.
Sincerity is when you say this to him because you truely from the bottom of your heart don't want him to get hurt later on.
Loyalty is when he understands and forgives you because he understands. And he doesn't go balastic and dump you there and then.

It is nothing but the reflection of one's conscience. Our culture teaches us to differentiate as good and bad. We attach values to certain actions.
Most of the above virtues are out of fear of consequences and also at times become obstacle in the growth of an individual.
I have hardly heard of a flourish with such virtues.
Actually it takes a hell of a lot of courage to persue these qualities and many times there is a resultant tragedy. Most of those who claim to have these qualities are not very successful / grown in their careers (the qualities are used as excuses).
To be successful you need to be focused on your goals and be prepared to act against the general opinion if it serves your purpose.
This takes a hell of a lot of courage too!
