I would imagine so; they're roughly as intelligent as dogs or cats, and those animals definitely dream.

I have seen a couple of my horses dream quite often. They have the same respond as a dog would, legs moving, ears and eyes twitching, and making noise.

Sure they can! My dog barks and whines in his sleep and I'm sure everything which has a brain can dream. My favourite horse sometimes kicks out when he's alseep.
