Yes, I think they wrestled each other a few times in 2003. WWE.com has some of their matches on the 24/7 subscription service. One was on April 3, 2003 and was for the #1 contender's spot for Brock Lesnar's WWE Championship. They also have one from September where Cena and Eddie wrestled each other (Eddie was U.S. champ at the time).
