It means thatyour car is running lean, which could mean that your fuel filter may be getting stopped up and needs replacing or the o2 sensor itself may be bad. Iwould relace the filter, clear the codes and see if it pops back up, If so I would replace the sensor.

I own a shop, and I think you need to put all of your questions into one. I notice you have three questions in a row. All of your questions together mean something different than what they would by themselves. Example may be like this; A bad spark plug sets off a firing code, the cylinder not firing causes the O-2 sensor to get an out of parameter reading, and finally the one cylinder dragging for whatever reason is making the vacuum real slow/low, and sets off another code to the Evaporator purge system. Put it all together it means it has dropped a cylinder due to bad spark plug, sticking or bad injector, and even the air filter being so stopped up it can't pull enough air. Clean the injectors, add a new fuel & air filters, and put in some new spark plugs. Wow... that sounds an awful lot like a tune up to me.
Glad to help you out, Good Luck!!!

This could mean a number of things.
How long is it since you had your injectors cleaned?
What the O2 & HO2 sensors do is measure the amount of unburnt oxygen in the exhaust before and after the cat.
Any varience in the fuel ratio would set a P0141 code into the computer.
Check wiring, Connections and simple things first.
try putting some fuel injector cleaner into the fuel tank first and see if this rectifies the problem.
HO2 sensors are not cheap so don't just go and buy one and hope.

When you start getting o2 codes it can either mean the o2 is faulty or the converter is damaged and the o2 specs are now out of proper range and since your having a power issue at the same time i'm gonna say your converter is plugging up. Go under vehicle and tap on converter and see if you find anything rattling in the converter or the pipes this will be a good indication that your in need of a converter

It should not be responsible for the power loss. This particular oxygen sensor is located behind your catalytic converter. It's only job is to tell the computer than the catalytic converter is working, which is primarily used by the EPA to pass or fail you during emissions testing. In most cases, it has no impact on how the engine runs.

means the 02 sensor is lazy and not getting in closed loop, also means most likely that the heater is bad in 02 sensor, you have a V6 I think then the 02 sensor is on passenger side pre catalytic converter side.

it means that your O2 sensor has to get replaced-- heres a link but the code works for all cars and trucks ( even though it says 4x4 toyota -- it would be the sensor on the passanger side before the cat. converter
