I love how Bush fires 8 Attorney Generals and that is evil, while Bill Clinton fired 93 Attorney Generals, and no one said a word.
Democrats need to be very careful here. Because when a Democrat takes the White House (Most likely), this will come back to haunt them. I guess the next Democrat President will not fire any Attorney Generals? They are willing to be stuck with Republican Attorney Generals?
Democrats are setting some standards and precedents that will box themselves in when they take the White House.
The fact is Attorney Generals are political positions appointed at the discretion of the President and removed at the discretion of the President.
You knew that before you asked the question, right?
