India don't have any Bullet type of trains. There are fast and superfast trains with quite comforts, but no bullets.

Sorry no bullet trains in India if you want to travel from Delhi to any state capital in India you can use Rajdhani Express. or for short destination Shatabdi express is also there. These are the fastest trains in India. You can book tickets at irctc.co.in or can go to any railway station in india and book it. But nowadays air fares are sometimes cheaper or equivalent to rail fares. You can check out the deals at makemytrip.com. Even if you have to pay few bucks extra fly by air rather than going by rail as its a kind of mess.

dude sorry to dissapoint you but there are no bullet trains in india. They railways was planning a mumbai-ahmedabad project but nothing has been done on it yet.
