I have the urge to go back to that Post Office on the 3rd Anniversary of my firing (this coming August). I can't explain why. Should I fight the urge?

Please don't go - and if you do, please leave the firearms at home!! I don't want to read about you in the newspapers "fired postal worker goes postal ex postal worker kills former supervisor and self 3 years after he was fired"

Life is too short for that dude! Go out and find a better job elsewhere - show those SoB's at the USPS that you were too good for them, and you're better off being rid of them!!!

Be a success story - not a statistic!!

I've heard of going postal, but it sounds like you are considering going post-postal.
If you go blow up a post office years after getting fired, does that mean you are reacting ex POST facto?
And you never said if the reason you might go back is because you were fired there. If we assume that is the reason, are we guilty of commiting the "POST hoc, ergo propter hoc" fallacy?
Is your enraged reaction a bit POSTdated perhaps?
Sorry, I kinda mailed in that last one.

Are you kidding? It's been three years, man. There must be something else that has come up in your life that has you blaming the P.O. Let it go!
