The best product is by Bliss its called "Hot Salt Scrub"...its the best!!! Its pricey, but worth every penny and it lasts a long time! I believe it sells for about $35. Its made with real salt and eucalyptus...nothing fake! You can get it at Macy's and Sephora. They girl will try to sell you the smoother product that is supposed to prep your skin, don't bother with that...it works great all on its own! After washing in the shower, grab a small palm-full of product and rub where you need it while cupping your hands so it doesn't run off. Then rinse, its that easy! I like to use it on my arms, legs and chest. Good luck!!

If you want your skin to look healthy and radiant, exfoliate regularly. Exfoliation is removing the top layer of dead skin cells. The result is that you will make your skin appear smoother and less wrinkled. If you are young it is not as necessary as when you get older.
You can use either a loofah, exfoliating gloves, a body exfoliating brush or a net "poof ball." I prefer the gloves.
Use a liquid soap, lather up the gloves, and rub your skin in a circular motion from neck to toes in the shower, and finally, rinse. I use body lotion after drying off.

Something cheap, natural and good for your skin is either sugar or salt with lemon juice - FOR YOUR BODY SKIN. Before taking a shower, queeze the lemon juice and put in the enough sugar for making a paste; in the shower, take a little bit of this paste and rub it in the rough edges, like feet, elbows or kneew. Remember to rinse thoroughly (if you don't, the lemon juice will react with the sun and you will end with sun stains). Sugar helps you nourish the skin and salt is relaxing. Try it! You won't regret it...

1. Do NOT use an apricot scrub or any other cheapy scrub on your face they are generally made with crushed walnut seeds which have very rough edges and it is expensive to smoothe these edges. I would suggest for a scrub Peter Thomas Roth botanical buffing beads - it's a blue formula that you can use all over your body for exFoliating with ROUNDED, SOFTENED beads shaped like your pores! $35 will last you FOREVER!
2. Glycolic Acid - helps with your skins natural ability to turn over cells more quickly, try it ;)

U mean exFoliating:-)
Try Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorating Foaming Scrub or try Neutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub, it's a daily scrub that's gentle enough for you to use everyday. I recommend the second one, i liked the first one too but i think the second was better.

It sloughs off dead skin cells so new ones grow faster. You can use apricot scrub any where on your body in the shower. Just don't do it everyday.

exfoliating........lol : ) do it no more than twice a week ...sephora has tons of good ones for face & body. I reccommend Bliss for the body and Lancome or Clean & Clear for the face and neck, oh Oil of Olay has a good one too.
