That really depends your location, affordability, and your educational background. Since IT is considered a vocational major, you will most likely not find it at major research universities as a major. When I say vocational, what I mean is that carrying out your job often requires practical knowledge such as knowing about the latest security threat. Check out the link below and find out how many schools actually have a degree in IT. If your goal is to just get hired, look into certificate programs such as MCSE or CCNA / CCNP. If you have a CCNP certificate, especially, you will find yourself marketable.
