No, I am not trying to get him back...I left him, I'm married again with a wonderfull man. I don't want child support anymore, I just want him out of my children lives. I'm In Virginia, and he's in Florida. the only evidence I have is his "confession" and his myspace.

Concentrate on your children and their welfare. Enlist the service of a good attny to gain financial support from your X, either by garnishing his wages, and/or his federal tax refund.
Forget about what you would like to do to punish him. What goes around comes around. His day will come. He's your X. And one day you will be able to fully accept that.

I concider your husband a child molester. I do not know where you are from but that is still a child. I would not want my kids around someone who gets turned on by a little girl. I would file for full custody and child support. If this is illegal he will probably go to jail and there will be no child support until he gets out.

if he actually says in court that he doesn't want to have anything to do with the kids, then he can simply say so and request no visitation. you would then be granted full custody legally and physically. he would still be liable to pay for child support regardless. and unless that little girl shows up in court with your ex, with her ID and admits to dating your ex, there's not much you can do with that accusation. journal everything! every conversation every day he sees the kids, talks to the kids, EVERYTHING! what has me confused is usually a custody order is attached with a divorce order if children are a result of that marriage. him dating a 14 year old isn't enough to have his parental rights involuntarily taken away.

You don't need to try to get revenge on him for your breakup by using your kids. Now if you don't want them with him because of this situation, ask an attorney if you have a case before getting into something that you may not be able to win. Your ex will weep what he sows before long without you lifting a finger to get yourself in trouble, or cause any hardships on yourself or your kids. Go on with your life for your kids sake and do the best you can to make you & them happy.

sounds like you already got your answer.
but i will add: report him NOT only to prove he's not a "good role model", but because he is molesting a child! i rather think it's your duty to report statutory rape.
he would be required to pay child support, but i don't know as much as i would want him calling or having anything to do with the children, if i were you.
i imagine if the rape of a minor charges were proved, you would get full custody and he would not be allowed to see the children and would have to register as a sex offender after jail time.

Your ex is dating a 14 YO. 14YO in most states = jailbait. Not a good thing (and when he's in jail you won't get any child support).

Think you should talk with an attorney and his attorney so he can get himself out of that situation and act like a responsible father....

His dating a minor may be one issue , the only way you may tie this into legal action if he has a children fedish...cus 14 is way to young to be dating.

first, report the crime of child molestation, child endangerment, unlawful conduct with a minor &stagetory rape. then fight for full custody after hes convicted. keep this pervert away from children, even his own.
