is it ok to have a lot of polos? theres a lot of polo shirts out there nowadays and i dont like sleeveless and shirts with very small sleeves, and for the most part polos have enough sleeves for me. so i bought at least 7 of them already and will probably buy more. before wearing girl shirts ive been wearing mens shirts so this is a transition for me. but now just about all my girl shirts are polos. what do you think?

I'm all about reusing old clothes for new styles, so If you have a good, well-fitted, flattering shirt--why not have multiples?

I think that polos are very versatile. Provided they are solid colors and plain styles, polos can be used in about a million fashion scenarios, so I would consider 7 good ones an investment!!

I went through a similar type of transition a few years ago. I used to love wearing oversized men's t-shirts (a throwback from the 80s I guess) and have discovered the "perfect fit" t-shirts at Old Navy. They have a great fit that isn't too tight or too loose and have a nice short sleeve that isn't too short or too tight. The knit they use is also really comfy! Check'em out at one of their stores (or website).

You can also use them for tye-dye, or other treatments. Hot Potatoes has some really cool stamps and textile paints that could produce some fun Ts. I'm not AT ALL into cheesy stuff silly looking stamped clothing but their stamps could definitely make something VERY cool!

Hope that helps...have fun!

I can not stop wearing polos either. So far I have tomato red, scarlet, gray, turquoise, pink, periwinkle blue, black and white. My rule for myself is not to wear one of my polos more than once every two weeks...that way I do not bore my family/friends or myself by repeatedly wearing the same style top day after day. This might be a bit extreme for you, but I suggest that you at least try to branch out a little. Keep in mind, fashion should be fun!

I don't care for polo shirts - but I'm not the one who's wearing them. If you like them, then that's what you should wear.

that's fine. wear what you like and personally and i think polos are really cute and work with a lot of things. you can look casual or professional depending on what you match it with but they're good.
