I think Goldberg had more power and explosiveness, but Austin had more charisma. and Austin, although he didn't show it much, could mat wrestle very well. My vote has to go with Goldberg though, he's just awesome.

I vote for Austin. He knows more moves then Goldberg.

Austin for sure. He is almost solely responsible for establishing the "Attitude" Era, which has shaped a decade's worth of wrestling, and continues to do so. Goldberg did what again, other than defeat Konan and two drunks Scott Hall and Kevin Nash. The guy had a track for his chant.
