May I suggest a revocable living trust instead? These avoid probate and seem to be a better option than a standard will.

There are some books that you can check out from your local library that ought to have some basic legal forms. Good luck!

Microsoft has a few templates for different types at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101435131033.aspx . I would imagine that these are basic drafts and of course like with any will you would have to get them notarized.
