My brother Sh+t all over the bed and then played in it. What should we do with him?

He is phrickkin psycho. He does stuff like this and thinks it's funny. Yes, people laugh at him because he's a moron, but when the Sh+t hits the fan they are upset, but he still doesn't get the hint. He's 12 by the way.

I wouldn't change the bed for him, and if he didn't clean it up...well he would be sleeping in it the next night, he also would be washing the sheets out by hand first before putting them in the washer, and till then he'll had to just lie in it, as for getting a new bed or sheets because of that, well he'll be the one paying for that if he wants new ones, else he could go without as well.
