What do you know about the montauk project at camp hero and what are your thoughts/opinions/beleifs on it?

I read that it dealt with mind-control, specifically holding someone at a pre-orgasmic state as a way of controling them. It probably is true given all the @#$%& our government does, has done, and will (no doubt) continue to do.
