if i take bachelor in law, when i finish the course, is that mean i am a lawyer? or i have to continue study ..?

Dipolma is just a certificate stating you passed a specific course. A Bachelors Degree is a professional Degree that you passed a 4 year college course. That doesn't mean you are a lawyer or that you can practice law, you then would have to pass the bar exam.

These are the qualifications in order (lowest to highest):
O-level
A-level
Diploma
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree
Ph.D.
I believe you need a masters to practice law in the UK.
