I online found that there is a hostel in Taipei call TAIPEI HOSTEL, it was near the Lai Lai Sheraton Hotel and the Taipei Railway station.
I hope to know whether TAIPEI HOSTEL is ok or not? Is that safe to stay in the hostel? or it is rather to stay in Hotel than Hostel?
Do anyone know about TAIPEI HOSTEL? How you think? Any comment?

Hi,
Taipei Hostel is fine. It is safe, no reports on problems there over the last 5 years. There is a police check in that area regularly as it is quite near the Legislative Yuan .
It is 2 mins away from Shang Dao Temple MRT, Food available close by, Supermarkets e.t.c. all within walking distance.
Many long term guests staying there.
A few female forumers from Singapore stayed there and were quite happy with the Hostel, made a lot of friends there as well.
