The Geforce 7400 BY FAR. It will kick the butt of the integrated GMA 950 graphics. Are you choosing perhaps the Dell XPS M1210 that gives you the choice between the two? I know that the Vaio SZ comes with both and you can switch between the two as well.
One thing theGMA 950 will beat the Nvidia in is more battery life and less heat.

The GeForce Go 7400 is a better GPU than the 950 chipset graphics.

Always an addon Graphics card will be better than any onboard graphics that a motherboard offers...
I have onboard graphics on my mobo and it doesn't even compare to my ATi Radeon Graphics Accelerator...
