I think we should have alert system to spread word possible about Rapists and Rape fugitive to warn general public, which like Amber alert system over children. However the unpunished rapist need to be brought to justice by person who rape and legal system. However rapist are male and female and attack in not basic age. It is powerful vs weak!

NOT allow them to go unpunished. and if we know of any fugitives guilty of any crime such as rape they should be given (paid for by home country) a ticket to a nice place like...the moon. i think they can be propelled by a giant slingshot.of course who knows if it will work or not, we can test it out on known child predators here in our own country.

Do you want to know how to get them punished? Do you want to know how to go about locate the fugittves?
Are they unpunished because a court of law said they didn't do it? Or are they unpunished because they are on the run?

don't take the law into your own hands.
report ... even if there is a statute of limitations or if you think there is not enough evidence. call 911 if you have any information on an individual that has an outstanding warrant for arrest. the system can't get better unless we work with it.
check your state's laws and see if you agree with them. if not, get proactive. find an organization that works with those issues, get "grassroots" on the issue, write your elected officials ... lot's of ways to get involved. most rape crisis counseling centers use volunteers for part of their services and even provide training.

Puts good light on "shoot on sight" orders. Unless it is child abuse-- then they need to be tortured long and slow and allowed to die of a very painful disease..
