Should I come clean to a friend?

Okay so I lied to a friend on myspace about being something I am really, not meaning I created another profile and she wants to know if its is me on both of them, she gave me that :she wont get mad if both accounts are mine but I dont believe her. Its not like I know her but she is a good friend. I dont want to tell the truth instead I just want to give her the cold shoulder tell her it isnt important and delete her as a friend. Is that a good idea?

just tell her that both of them are yours but one was done by you and your friends as a joke and she should b ok with that

LaLa: To quote and 8th grade student of mine (I am a dance teacher and her behavior was just wrong). "I can be as mean to other people as I want to and it is none of your business". She was right, you can be as lousy as you want to be. I think you should be honest with her. Even though it doesn't sound like you really value the friendship, it would help you to learn that you feel better when you're honest. Now is the ideal time to learn that. It could also teach you a valuable lesson about friendship, and trust.
